Jewellery Quarter Festival and Open Studios

Jewellery Quarter FestivalJewellery Quarter Festival and Open Studios | Saturday 29th June 10 – 4pm

The Jewellery Quarter Festival is a celebration of both the Quarter’s vibrant energy and unrivalled heritage, bringing together local businesses, residents and communities.

This year, we’re back for a 5th year running in what promises to be our best Festival yet with a brand-new look and exciting change in format.

Join us for some fun favourites on the first day of the Festival and experience the energy of the JQ. Expect family fun activities, and exciting performances, as well as street food, music and a whole host of activities celebrating the bicentenary of James Watt. Then on Sunday, celebrate the history of the JQ with a series of talks, short films and panel discussions and immerse yourself in the incredible heritage of the Quarter through a number of tours and walks.

Jewellery Quarter Open Studios

Across both days, we welcome back JQ Open Studios, a community of over 30 makers from within the Quarter who open their doors to the public. Visitors can speak to local makers, watch demonstrations and purchase hand-made items that include the art of jewellery, needle craft, leather making and much more. We also say Happy Birthday to the Jam House with an array of live music on both Friday and Saturday afternoons taking place in the picturesque St. Pauls Square.
