Shona McQuillan is a senior adviser and manager of the Course Enquiries Team at Birmingham City University. Shona has experience of over 15 years in Higher Education and has advised thousands of prospective students about course options and applying to university.

In general, if you have the potential to achieve grades that are higher than you have been predicted, we would certainly encourage you to make an application to us as we do take into consideration that predicted grades are not necessarily an absolute indication of what an applicant’s final grades will be.
