Coordination

The primary method of coordinating programme design activity often revolved around an initial ‘away day’ event for the programme team. This event was used to identify the ‘job to be done’, to explore and discuss programme philosophy and to begin the process of sharing the workload. Ongoing coordination was felt to be most effective if done on a face to face basis.
