Justin Cooke (Chair, BIMA)

Justin Cooke is widely regarded as one of the most senior and influential figures in the global digital industry. He is the current chair of the British Interactive Media Association (BIMA) and the CEO of the global digital agency POSSIBLE. In May 2012, he was listed in Wired Magazines Top 100 of Britain’s Top Digital Power-Brokers, and in June 2012, New Media Age ranked him the most influential person in UK Digital. He has in creative roles with BBC Films, Universal Music and United News in is early career, and current runs an agency whos clients include Abu Dhabi Media Company, Amnesty International, Europcar, Legal & General, Small Luxury Hotels of the World, British Gas and UEFA. Justin is a prime example of how one can become successful in a forever changing industry, and his insight into how to create opportunities in this environment will be interesting to here.

Change is as Good a Rest

At 9.45am, Change is as Good a Rest is the next topic, with insight coming from Justin Cooke (BIMA), Clare McDonald (Wonderful+Brilliant), Laura Jordan Bambach (Dare) and George Prest (R/GA). Justin Pearce, who is the Head of Innovation at Bite Communications, will be providing the analysis on the past year and what lies ahead. He is a colomist for the Drum, and sits on the Executive Committee of trade body BIMA (British Interactive Media Association). He worked as a journalist for 15 years before Bite, and has worked for New Media Age, the Digital Media and Marketing Publication.
