To help you unwind, we’re running a couple of workshops:
Coping with Anxiety

Please note there are only 10 places available for the Mindfulness workshop. These will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
You can also do some colouring at Curzon Library to help you relax.
Our tips to help you study:
- Take regular breaks – give your eyes and mind a rest for 10 minutes each hour.
- Exercise – take a walk around campus, or even just around the library!
- Keep hydrated – drinking water is available at some of our Libraries, with cafés or coffee pods not far from any of our locations.
- Keep your brain active during revision periods by ensuring you get enough sleep, and avoid stimulants such as caffeine and alcohol. If you have a tendency to spend your free time worrying about exams, make sure you use this time to remain active and social to keep your mind off it – stay as stress-free as possible!
