This event is being jointly organised by the Students Union and Library and Learning Resources.
We aim to start this event off by having a ‘raising awareness’ session on Monday 8 May in Curzon Atrium. At this session we are inviting service providers from across the University (Centre for Academic Success, Student Affairs, Complaints team, MIND, SCRATCH radio, Graduate+, Students Union and of course Library and Learning Resources) to have a stand to promote how their service can help students through the stressful time of their exams.
The remaining sessions will run through May and June across campus libraries. These sessions range from:
Bubble wrap stations
Exam Tips + promotion of water fountains and free plastic cups
Chill Out zones
Table Top games
Anxiety and Mindfulness workshops
The majority of these events will run at City Centre campus, but are open to all students.
Students Union will be producing posters to market the event and give further details about each individual session. These posters will be displayed in prominent sites at each campus.
