  1. the process of growth is obvious here with Colette’s decisions per time. The need to be less controlling however difficult came with the changes in her life; from being a sole trader to a mum and now a company with international plans. A noticeable lesson here is keeping with the trends and being eager to learn this will prevent your business from going obsolete.

  2. First of all a big thank you to Colette for sharing her story and highlighting important aspects that an upcoming entrepreneur should consider. After trying different methods she found the way to success and now the organisation is ready to take the next step to a LTD company! One of the most important advice that I have highlighted is that “you have to be motivated and have the energy to run your own business.” In addition to that “when you run your own business you are everything especially in the early days!”
Great story and very important guidelines provided by Colette Waudby.
