Birmingham City University is offering a new flexible learning degree programme this September. The course will appeal to prospective students who have commitments which would prevent them from attending university on a full-time basis. The BA (Hons) Business and Management by Flexible Learning is a joint honours programme which allows students to study a large portion of the course through online learning. Short attendance blocks at the university take place throughout the year to ensure students receive tuition in a supportive environment, with students being required to attend approximately twelve Saturday Schools per year. It’s a great opportunity to study whilst working or bringing up a family and allows you to develop your potential around other important areas of your life.
Initially, the course is being offered with entry to the second stage (level 5) of the course and is open to those who have previously completed either a HNC or HND in an appropriate business-related subject or who have other suitable qualifications. Those with significant supervisory or management experience may also benefit from the programme at this level. Applications for this course are made directly to the university and you can apply online here and course information is available to dowload from here.
This is just one of a number of new courses being introduced into our evolving course portfolio this year. Further information about the full range of courses available can be found on our website at www.bcu.ac.uk/courses.
