Duncan Whitley
Artist Talk
17:00 – 18:00

Duncan Whitley (b. 1974) is a visual artist and sound recordist, working at the intersections of contemporary visual and sound art, socially-engaged practise and experimental ethnography. He works primarily through self-initiated projects, commissions and residencies to produce sound and moving image work, site-specific projects and multi-media archives.

Artist In Residency Exhibition
Private View 17:00

This event brings together new work made by graduate Artists in Residence here at the school and beyond.

Each year graduates at the school and faculty have a chance to apply for some incredible opportunities. Tony McClure and Suzie Hunt recently completed Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery’s annual Whitworth Wallis Residency. David Poole, Larissa Shaw, Maral Mamaghani and Nuala Clooney have a free studio and mentoring with our partners Grand Union. Leanne O’Conner and Jodie Wingham have been residents with us here at the school, making new work and sharing there knowledge and skills with our current students.
